Mnr Marais het ook genoem dat ons moet aanhou met die puik diens en dat Lindo sy werk met trots lewer. Lindo is ‘n aanwins vir die maatskappy!

Ek was skoon verbaas, omdat mens nie meer gewoond is aan basiese dienslewering nie, wat nog te sê van uitstaande diens! Sy was deurgaans simpatiek, maar tog professioneel. Dit wat sy gesê het, het sy gedoen, sy het alles stiptelik afgehandel, gemail of selfs met ‘n oproep, opgevolg. Sit haar asb deur ‘n kopieër masjien en maak 10 van haar soort en jou werk sal makliker wees! Dra asb my dank in die verband, aan haar oor! Deur die bank (Talitha, Helen, Paula en Jy), het ek regtig uitstekende diens gekry en kon ek, vir die eerste keer in byna 10 jaar, ‘n oplossing vind vir my bekommernisse oor die QVC sisteem. Nogmaals dankie.
