NO RESORT OCCUPATION DURING LOCKDOWN – 25.05.2020
Last night, on the 24th of May 2020, President Cyril Ramaphosa addressed the South African people with plans to slowly reopen the economy by phasing into level 3 of the 5 level risk-adjusted strategy from the 01st of June 2020. While this is a step in the right direction to return to normal operations, kindly note that, as part of the tourism and hospitality sector, our Club Resorts will remain closed to the public. South African Tourism Minister, Nkhensani Kubayi-Ngubane, has informed the sector that lodging and accommodation must remain closed, under government regulation, until the phasing in of level 1.

The Club and VRS remain committed to providing a safe and secure environment for members and guests to return to and will continue to monitor the on-going communications to reopen the tourism sector sooner.

We thank you for your support and patience as we navigate these trying times.

NO RESORT OCCUPATION DURING LOCKDOWN - 14.04.2020
In line with the Presidential address on 09 April 2020, we will strictly be adhering to the enforcement of the lockdown. Government has ordered South Africans to stay at home except for essential purposes and has ordered all non-essential services to suspend operations up until Friday, 27 April 2020. This will mean that all resorts will only, at this stage, allow check-ins after the lockdown period.

We however humbly ask for your patience in regards to our service levels as we navigate this challenging time together. Should our call centres be strained and are unable to timeously reach us telephonically, please feel free to send us an email on correspondence@vrs.co.za for club enquiries or propertyadmin@vrs.co.za for resort enquiries so that we can attend to you.
Warm and Safe regards,
VRS
