We trust this communication finds you well and that your 2021 year has been splendid thus far! We would like you to make the most of your holiday time at Manzi Monaté and would appreciate your cooperation and consideration in making your 2022 flexi week booking.

As you know flexi weeks are secured on the basis of “first-come-first-served”, so we are directing this communication well in advance as a courtesy reminder to secure your flexi week booking for 2022 in good time, to avoid disappointment.

The Resort is fully SOLD OUT which means that the number of weeks available matches the number of Shareholders.

There are no excess weeks or “overflow”, so each Shareholder needs to secure a week for their use in good time, otherwise the balance of weeks available becomes less as the weeks remain vacant due to a lack of bookings. The sooner you make your 2022 holiday reservation, the wider range of availability you can peruse – ensuring that you can enjoy your Manzi Monaté holiday at a time that suits you best.

1. Levies need to be paid before you can make a booking (levies are due by no later than 01 January 2022). Paying your levies now means you get first pick of availability for your 2022 reservation, when booking at the same time.
2. Refer to this calendar which indicates the flexi week dates. Flexi weeks are indicated by the prefix "FX(module number)" in the module column.
3. Contact Property Admin to reserve your 2022 Flexi Week

4. Please provide the Flexi Week Module number and your Shareholder number or ID to the Property Admin team.

Please bear in mind the window period for making flexi reservations ends in June 2022, as beyond that date demand could exceed the number of weeks still available.

If you want to spacebank or rent out your week, your levies have to be paid first in order for us to be able to make the booking to secure your week for spacebanking or renting out. If you are uncertain of your 2022 arrangements, you can book a flexi week now and bank same with Options to utilise for another time period at a later stage. In this way, you still secure your booking for 2022.
