Neighbouring Property Cleaning |
| An agreement has been reached with the General Manager of the Margate Hotel to clean the neighbouring property up to 5 meters inwards from our fence line. The clearing is currently in progress. Kridzil’s maintenance and grounds Team is working in collaboration with the hotel’s gardener to ensure the area is properly cleared and maintained. |
Main Entrance Garden Area
The main entrance gardens were enhanced with new plants, and previously stored pots were repurposed and reintroduced into the garden area to create a more welcoming and refreshed appearance. |
General Maintenance
The conduit pipe has been neatly organised in the outside slope area. |

Christmas Day 2024 |
The spirit of the season was alive and well at Kridzil during our Christmas Day check-in. Guests of all ages were welcomed with festive cheer and a thoughtful gift from the resort. Adults received charming Christmas-themed spoons, while the little ones were thrilled with treat-filled festive packets.
The Reception area was transformed with beautiful Christmas decorations, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere that truly captured the essence of the holiday. Guests were all smiles as they kicked off their holiday stay with a little extra sparkle. |

Valentine’s Day |
Love was truly in the air at Kridzil this Valentine’s Day. The Reception area was beautifully decorated to create a warm and romantic atmosphere that welcomed guests with charm and elegance. As part of the check-in experience, adults received a selection of special goodies from the Resort, adding an extra touch of thoughtfulness to their romantic getaway. The effort was well received, with many couples expressing their appreciation for the sweet start to their stay. |

Easter Celebration |
Easter at Kridzil was a joyful and festive occasion, filled with thoughtful touches and cheerful surprises for our guests. The Reception area was brought to life with Easter-themed décor, including adorable bunny footprints leading to the check-in counter and colourful posters that set the mood for the weekend. In each unit, guests were delighted to find towel bunnies waiting to welcome them.
Tanya and Cathy added an extra special touch by providing sweet and savoury snacks for guests of all ages during check-in, including carrot-shaped cheese balls and Easter egg nests made to look like bunnies. The festive atmosphere was a hit, with many guests commenting on how much they appreciated the care and creativity that went into the celebration. |
