Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. There are not many of us within the Univision Family that do not know, or know of, DK! She was an incredible human being, a breath of fresh air and one of those human beings that put into daily practice, her very special God-given gifts – the ability to express her genuine love and passion for people, just with her gorgeous smile and radiant inner beauty; and the wonderful art of true hospitality. She was a beautiful soul, inside and out, and she touched all those who encountered her, like a ray of golden sunshine! Her warmth and authenticity put people instantly at ease and made them feel seen, valued and welcome!

Indeed, Dikeledi, you let your light shine brightly and brought glory to God! With your beautiful light, in the course of your daily life, you brought glory to your family and loved-ones, to Manzi Monaté, to VRS and to each one of us, too.

Dikeledi joined the Manzi Monaté team in 2004 and has been delighting shareholders and guests at the Resort ever since. She started as a games room attendant and was first adored by the children making use of the facilities, who could not get enough of her happy, sparkling company. It was clear from the start that Dikeledi had a very special way with people and she was soon moved to a front-of-house position, where she has been the welcoming face of Manzi that guests and shareholders looked forward to seeing on arrival, visit after visit. The Manzi Monaté shareholders and regular guests all know Dikeledi and absolutely adore her, because she makes everyone feel so special and so welcome. DK is also highly regarded and loved by her colleagues and her service and contributions to our business and our lives are hugely valued and appreciated by Management.


DK - your vitality, presence and warmth will be missed more than words can express. Your life has been an incredible message to the world as you have warmed the hearts and lifted the spirits of each person you’ve met.


In the words of Maya Angelou:
“I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

We will never forget how wonderful you made people feel! You will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing you.

On behalf of Marjorie, the Manzi Monaté Board of Directors, the Resort Team, the VRS Team and all of DK’s Univision colleagues, we would like to extend our sincere and deepest condolences to Dikeledi’s family, friends and colleagues. Please know that we are grieving with you and we pray that our Lord Jesus will comfort and bless you. She will remain in our hearts as we remember the joy she gave to all of us who knew and loved her.

Dearest DK,
I met you at Manzi Monaté when you were still a games room attendant. The children loved your company so much and enjoyed to have you around. You always bright up their days! You make me feel welcome and showed me around the resort and we always shared a chat and lots of fun & laughter.
It was always good to have you around with your sparkling personality and beautiful smile!
The Manzi Monaté members, colleagues and VRS staff will surely miss you! Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure!
